Nick was previously a Governor of the Haberdashers' Aske's Boys School and Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls, at Elstree, where he was a member of the Boys' School Committee and chaired the Finance Committee. He is a Member of the Court of Assistants of the Haberdashers Livery Company.
Nick is Chief Financial Officer of the Grosvenor Estate, having spent 13 years as Group Finance Director of Grosvenor Group Limited ( a private international real estate development investment and fund management group). He was previously at Centrica plc and PWC, living in London, New York and Toronto. Nick was Chairman of the Real Estate Finance Group, which produced 'A Vision for Real Estate Finance in the UK', and is on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Economic Policy Research Financial Regulation Initiative.
Nick originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor in the UK and Certified Public Accountant and Attorney at Law in the USA, having been educated at Haberdashers' Aske's Boys School, Elstree, obtaining law degrees from Trinity College, Cambridge, and the University of Virginia.

Simon was educated at Oxford University and then worked for 7 years in Tokyo with the UK merchant bank Kleinwort Benson and a boutique Swiss bank.
He acquired an enduring love of Japan, its food, culture language and people (including most importantly his wife Zahira). He moved back to the UK in the mid-1990s, and worked with his brother who had established a UK wealth management business Heartwood. Simon started the London office, became Chief Executive of Heartwood in 2008, and led its successful acquisition by Handelsbanken, the highly regarded Swedish bank, in 2013. Simon left Heartwood after 20 years in 2016. He is a Non Executive Director of WH Ireland Group PLC.
Simon's community activities are focused on creating a more level playing field for young people. Simon previously served for 10 years as Trustee (and ultimately Deputy Chairman) of Fairbridge, a medium sized charity tackling social exclusion in inner city areas. Fairbridge became part of The Prince's Trust in 2011. Simon is Chair of the youth social action and education charity Envision.

John is a senior leader with extensive experience of public procurement and major sporting events.
John started his career in international development procurement before becoming a management consultant advising on procurement in local and central government. Whilst a consultant, John began working at the Olympic Delivery Authority and in 2009 he became the Head of Procurement. John led the delivery of a huge range of procurements including on and off park construction, park wide logistics and security, transport, security and other corporate professional services.
After the Games in 2012, John became the Commercial Director of the Home Office. Whilst there, John was also a Non-Executive Director of the Government Procurement Service where he focused on driving the organisation to strengthen its customer service. In 2014 John left the Home Office to found Fernau Solutions, a consultancy which helps small and medium sized companies to understand government and successfully navigate public sector procurement.
John is a Liveryman of the Haberdashers Company and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.

Dr Nicola Trott is a Senior Tutor / Academic Registrar at Balliol College, Oxford. As Senior Tutor, Dr Trott has responsibility for academic planning and is in overall charge of academic administration. She is also the Disability Lead. Prior to joining Balliol College, Dr Trott was a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of English Literature at the University of Glasgow. She read English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford (St Catherine's College) and went on to specialise in 18th and 19th century literature and to teach and research in Oxford, London, and Glasgow.

Sheridan is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a Chartered Accountant who has made his career in the commercial sector.
He has served as Finance Director or Group Finance Director on a number of boards, including those of public companies, across a wide range of industry sectors.
Previously a Governor of the Haberdashers' Aske's Schools at Elstree and the Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools, where he was Chairman, he has more than twenty five years' experience as a school governor. He has been a member of the Court of Assistants of the Haberdashers Company since 1992 where has served on all the major committees and has been the Master of the Company. A graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge he is married with two grown up children.

Anthony has been a Governor and Director at Haberdashers' Aske's Adams Federation Trust since 2011 and chair since March 2013 but will retire in summer 2019. Prior to that he was a governor of Haberdashers' Aske's Federation from 2007 to 2011. He has returned as a governor to Haberdashers' Aske's Federation as chair of the Borough Academy local board.
Anthony is a solicitor (no longer practising), he was articulated at Linklaters in 1969, qualified there, specialising in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions law. He retired in 2006 after having been the Worldwide Senior Partner for five years and prior to that Head of the Corporate Department. Since his retirement from Linklaters, Anthony has a portfolio of roles. He was a non-executive director of Connect from 2006 to 2016 and of Panmure Gordon from 2007 to 2016. He was Chair of Changing Faces between 2008 and 2010 and a Trustee and Director of The Social Investment Business from 2006 to 2016. Since 2008, Anthony has been a strategic consultant to Kinstellar, an emerging markets law firm. Since May 2018 he has been Chair of the Group Supervisory Committee of Aapogee which owns Kinstellar and a similar law firm in Asia, DFDL.

Jan Shadick, NPQH BA MA
Jan joins Haberdashers Aske Federation Trust from United Learning where she has worked as Regional Director for Academies (South Secondary), overseeing 11 secondary academies within the Group. Previous to this role she has been a head teacher for 14 years leading three schools, including one in central London. She has also been an Executive Head teacher of two London Academies.
Jan is also an Ofsted Inspector and a qualified Executive Coach.
Jan originally trained as a teacher of PE with History, at the University of Warwick and gained a Masters in Education Leadership from the University of London and NPQH from UCL Institute of Education..

Sue was the headteacher of Lampton School in Hounslow from 1997 to 2015.The school was included in the 2010 Ofsted publication Twelve outstanding secondary schools: excelling against the odds. Sue worked as a National Leader of Education and as project manager for some of London's most challenging and complex schools. She was the Director of the London Leadership Strategy for secondary schools during the London Challenge.
She was previously awarded an honorary fellowship from Brunel University and recently awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws by Roehampton University. Sue has held directorships at the DFE, Future and Teaching Leaders and is currently the Chair of the South London TSA and Charles Dickens Research School. Sue is a member of the Sutton Trust EAG, the advisory group for the Fair Education Alliance and the Royal Society's curriculum group. She is also the Chair of Trustees for the Teacher Development Trust.

Rupert is the UK Government Chief People Officer (GCPO) based in the Cabinet Office. He is responsible for Human Resources and workforce issues for the UK Civil Service. He started this role in January 2016, and prior to that held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva and Barclays, and was Partner at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Before joining Arthur Andersen in 1995, he worked at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).
He studied Politics & Philosophy at university, and went to secondary school in Aberdeen. He and his wife Nicole have two children: Sam, a lawyer, and Courtney, who is at university.
Rupert is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), and a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute (CMi). He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Government Property Agency (GPA).

Ade is the Chief Executive Officer of Bromley Council. Prior to joining Bromley Council in January 2017, Ade worked in several senior positions and transformed services in both the City of London and Lambeth Council.
Ade was awarded an OBE in 2013, by Her Majesty the Queen, for his contribution to public services. In 2019, Ade was part of the team charged by the Charity Commission to review the safeguarding arrangements of Oxfam.
Ade is a Trustee of Coram, the United Kingdom's first ever charity dedicated to supporting adoption of children. He is also a Freeman of the City of London, a unique and historical title that dates back to 1237, as well as being a Freeman of the Haberdashers' Company, an ancient merchant guild.
As a recognised leader in his field, Ade was identified as one of the 100 most influential business leaders in the United Kingdom in 2019.
Ade is an Alumni of University of Cambridge, Brunel University, University of Hull and University of Llorin.

Oliver is pleased to be able to support the Haberdashers' Aske's Federation Trust by serving on the Trust Board. As a former student of Haberdashers' Aske's School for Boys, Elstree, he recognises the personal value of education and the positive impact that the Haberdashers Company brings to its schools. As the proud father of two girls, Oliver Understands the need for education to adapt to a fast-changing world. He is passionate about the ability of data to help drive positive change and brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare data to education.
Today, Oliver is CEO of Koa Health, a business focussed on bringing mental wellbeing to everyone. He has life-long interests in both healthcare and technology - he decided to become a doctor and first got his hands on a computer aged six! With a first degree in Neuroscience at Cambridge, he qualified as a medical doctor and practiced for six years with postgraduate training in Psychiatry (London), and Public Health (John Hopkins), plus a research fellowship at the Functional Imaging Lab, Queens Square.
Oliver directly combined his interests in health and tech at McKinsey, where he spent five years working on health data and technology projects around the world. In 2006, he was recruited to help build a modern healthcare system in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He spent seven years there as Director of Public Health, designing and implementing systems for collecting public health data, for structuring care with evidence-based treatment protocols, and for improving prevention, primary and specialist care with a focus on diabetes, cardiovascular and mental health. Since moving back to Europe in 2013, Oliver has worked as an advisor to the WHO, World Bank and NHS England. He created two UK-Based start-ups in health data.
Oliver has a unique track-record delivering results in health tech innovation and health system reform and has contributed more than 60 academic publications and presentations. He also serves on the WHO Roster of Experts for Digital Health, sits on the Board of EMPOWER, (a non-profit organisation promoting the training of community health workers to provide mental healthcare), and the Commercial Board of Guy's and St. Thomas's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Oliver was awarded Freedom of the City of London, in 2012.

Ludo was educated at the University of Warwick before working for 4 years at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS) and latterly Shawbrook Bank. Since 2018, Ludo has worked at the U.S. alternative asset manager Ares Management, where he originates and structures cross-border alternative credit investments.
Over the past 10 years Ludo has been involved in various initiatives aimed at improving the well-being and education of young people. At university, he held senior roles within a charity which provided mental health support services; at RBS, he led the coordination of all graduate-level corporate social responsibility (cumulatively over 5,000 hours of skills-based volunteering per annum); and, more recently, Ludo was a tutor to a pupil through The Access Project.

John is a chartered accountant who was an audit partner at Saffery Champness until 2019 where he headed the Not for Profit practice. Prior to that he was a partner at Arthur Andersen until its demise in 2002. He specialised in advising schools, livery companies (including the Haberdashers Company) and other charities as well as commercial clients.
He was chair of governors at Arts Education Schools until 2017 and before that he was chair of the Finance Committee. During that time he oversaw a turn round in the schools fortunes and the building of a new theatre. He was a governor and chair of the audit committee at Rose Bruford College in Sidcup.
He has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University.
He is married with three children and is a Freeman of the Haberdashers Company.

Mark is currently a Member of the The School Teachers Review Body - an eight member committee that makes recommendations on the pay, professional duties and working time of school teachers in England. It reports to the Secretary of State and also to the Prime Minister. He is a trustee of the UK charity StreetGames, that aims to improve the lives and communities of disadvantaged young people through sport. He is also a member of the charity's Audit Committee.
Mark worked for most of his career at the Bank Of England, where he performed many different leadership roles covering financial regulation, communication and monetary policy. Mark has worked at HM Treasury and the Cabinet Office. He has degrees in Economics from the University of London and Cambridge University.

Anuja was born in Scotland in 1968, she attended at state school and in 1984 she started studying Law at Dundee University. Having graduated in 1988, with an honours degree in English and Scottish Law she sat the Bar exams. Anuja was called to the Bar in 1989. She practised at the Bar for 23 years, mainly in crime and from 2007 onwards as a special advocate in national security cases. Anuja has been involved in advocacy training in the UK and abroad for over 20 years. in 2010, Anuja was appointed as a Queen's Counsel.
Anuja was appointed as an Old Bailey Judge in 2017 and a Circuit Judge in 2012. She was made a Recorder in 2010. She is the first non- white judge at The Old Bailey.
In 2015 Anuja was appointed as a Tutor Judge for the Judicial College.
In 2017 she was made a governor of the City Academy Hackney.
2018 Anuja was authorised to sit in the CACD (Court of Appeal, Criminal Division) and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Law by Dundee University.

Cassie has been teaching for over 18 years and is the headteacher of Charles Dickens Primary School and Nursery, an outstanding school and nursery in Central London. Cassie also leads the London South Teaching School Alliance, a large and very successful alliance working with over 85 schools across South London and beyond. The LSTSA specialises in leadership development , school peer review and research linked to teaching and learning including inclusion, teacher workload, effective use of pupil premium and mental health.
Cassie was an Ofsted inspector for many years, inspecting nurseries and primary schools with specialism in leadership and management, English, maths, Early Years and curriculum.
She now focuses her time on supporting system-wide evidence-based improvements including accountability frameworks. Cassie continues to work as a pupil premium reviewer and school improvement partner, supporting schools both nationally and abroad. She sits on several of the DFE advisory groups including teacher workload and she is a member of the Southwark Health and Wellbeing Board.
Before she entered the teaching profession, Cassie worked for Deloitte and Touche as an auditor following a degree in PPE from Christ Church, Oxford University.

Fiona has previously worked for Ford Motor Company, Land Rover and Studio Monogram and has been a visiting design lecturer at numerous colleges at BA and MA level including Royal College of Art, Central St Martins, London. Fiona's voluntary work includes establishing and running weekly craft workshops at Cathedral Primary School, being a Sunday school teacher at Southwark Cathedral and local fund raising, London SE1. She is a mother of two and lives in London.

Hugh Gammell spent most of his career at Charterhouse, an independent school in Godalming, Surrey. There he taught History, and was Head of Department, Housemaster and Admissions Registrar. Katie Scott has been the Headteacher at LPGS for 3 years. During that time results and student recruitment has improved year on year. The budget has been brought into line and is now sustainable and all the key indicators suggest that Ofsted would judge LPGS 'Outstanding'.
Prior to LPGS, Katie was the Head of Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) in Brighton. PACA was a school on the verge of special measures, with a financial notice to improve and a falling roll. Within three years, the financial notice to improve had been removed and the results were transformed (FFT5). Oftsed had judged it to be a 'Good' school, and recruitment opf students tripled (with first choices doubling). Katie was nominated for 'Headteacher of the Year' in 2017, and PACA was awarded 'Most Improved School of the Year' in 2017.
Katie is a graduate of Sussex University in Contemporary History with Italian, and has been a senior leader since 2005. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Headteacher in Lewisham and then a Deputy Headteacher for 6 years, in West Sussex.
Katie a committee member of the Association of State Girls' Schools; an Expert Leader for the SSAT and is a mentor for the Courageous Leader Programme, that supports LGBTQ+ leaders in developing middle and senior leadership skills.

Sally's expertise in the professional services arena derives from over a decade working as a lawyer. I am the Assistant Head and Inclusion Lead at Lessness Heath Primary School, in Belvedere and have worked at Lessness Heath School since 2001, joining the school as a NQT. During my career, I have taught in all Key Stages, led Maths and Science across the school and held the post of Leading Literacy teacher, for the borough of Bexley.
I have been leading Inclusion at Lessness Heath for the last six years and during this time achieved my NASENCO and NPQSL qualifications. I am passionate about Inclusion and achieving the highest standards for all children in my care, and this has been recognised with Lessness Heath achieving and retaining Centre of Excellence status for Inclusion, awarded by the Inclusion Quality Mark.
I am also the Inclusion and Mental Health Associate for the Primary First Trust academy of schools.

Evelyn attended secondary school in Lancashire and subsequently studied English Literature at University of Wales, Swansea and was awarded a BA with honours.
Her teaching certificate was also awarded by Swansea University. Her many years as a teacher in various roles were spent in both the maintained and private sector. The last 18 years were enjoyed at City of London Freemen's School in Surrey, latterly as Deputy Head.
Her aim throughout her teaching career has been to enable all pupils to fulfil their potential in a happy and safe environment. As DSL the writing of school policies focused on 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' and monitoring implementation was a key role. Evelyn has always acknowledged the important role of parents. She has as one of her other priorities the welfare of staff.

Rahul Gokhale is Chair of the Hatcham Temple Grove Local Governing Body. He runs a plumbing products distributor and is based in North London.
His previous career was spent with the management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton (now PwC Strategy), where he focused on strategy and business operations projects for large corporations. Joanna Abeyie is an award winning entrepreneur, champion of diversity, inclusion and equality, public speaker and campaigner, journalist and broadcaster.
Joanna's latest enterprise is founding Blue Moon, a flagship consultancy and recruitment business helping businesses to understand the importance of having inclusive and diverse workforces. Prior to this she founded Hyden, a recruitment business placing diverse senior leadership talent in the media and creative industries. Over the past decade Joanna has placed more than 3,000 people from diverse backgrounds in positions in the creative industries, significantly improving representation of BAME and working class talent in the sector.
Joanna has also worked as a diversity and inclusion consultant for media giants including the BBC, ITV, ITN, Channel 4, Sky and The Guardian and has extensive experience of advising FTSE 100 companies in diversity, inclusion and corporate social responsibility. She also visited No. 10 to meet with Prime Minister Theresa May to discuss race and equality and was instrumental in the establishment of the Creative Diversity All Party Parliamentary Group, chaired by Ed Vaizey MP from 2010 to 2016. Joanna's formidable campaigning and lobbying has seen her faint a seat on the NUJ's Black Members Council and secure roles on the Board of Directors for The Lord Mayor's Appeal, The Media Council, Investor in People and the board of advisors for Ghana-based leadership and skills initiative Cedi Street.
Joanna established TV and film production company LH productions and in addition to her own productions and interviews, she presents a news and events round up on Dotun Adebayo's weekly BBC Radio London Show every Sunday. Joanna's achievements as a businesswoman, including being a Managing Director of a FTSE 250 global business (SThree Plc) have been recognised in numerous awards and Joanna being the youngest woman to be given the keys to the City of London.
Joanna grew up in South London in a working class family (Ghanaian father and English Mother) that stressed the important of education and hard work in achieving your goals. In October 2018 Joanna gave a TED Talk on Social Mobility for TEDXLIVEMUSCAT. Joanna spoke of her journey as a woman of colour from a working class background who studied English and Sociology as an undergraduate and then pursued a MA in Magazine Journalism before becoming a successful journalist, diversity campaigner and pioneering businesswoman. He manages a portfolio of investments which led to him joining the panel of BBC's Dragon Den between 2015 and 2017 and he has a number of charitable interests including educational organisations.

Simone grew up in South London, Brockley and has a strong connections with the local area. She has 15 years' experience working with Children and Young People, and currently works in secondary education working with SENCO. Simone has a BA (Hons) in Youth and Community Work (Social Science) and an MA in Applied Theatre. Simone has used her skills from both disciplines to promote children and young people's emotional intelligence, using drama as a catalyst to support their Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
Simone has a strong community link and has worked for local non-profit organisations and charities, and continues to be an advocate for education and community cohesion.
Simone also has a keen passion for performing arts. She has worked with the BBC, Pink Floyd and Oxford University Press. Simone continued acting into her late teens and qualified as a professional actor, gaining equity status. Sir Robin Bosher is now an independent school advisor and Ofsted inspector. He was the Ofsted Regional Director for the South East and National Director for Inspection Quality and Training as well as HMI.
Prior to this he was the Director of Education for the Harris Federation. During this time, he opened nine sponsored academies and several free schools.
He was a Headteacher for twenty-two years and during that time he led five very different schools. Lately, he was the Executive Headteacher of the Federation between Fairlawn, Hasletine and Kilmorie Schools in Lewisham. Fairlawn was deemed by Ofsted as 'outstanding' in every category.
Sir Robin was a National Leader of Education and Fairlawn was a National Support School and designated as one of the first Teaching Schools in the country. Sir Robin was awarded the National College School System Leader of the Year award, in 2010. He is an NPQH coach and he worked on the NPQH programme for over ten years.
Sir Robin has worked as a DfE Adviser and he led the London Challenge Partners Primary Programme as Operational Director. He was Headteacher on the DfE 'Achievement for All' steering committee and was a member of the DfE Reference Group.
He is Chair of Governors at Langley Park Girls School.
Sir Robin Bosher was knighted for services to education in the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Birthday honours, in June 2012.

Rebekah was brought up in a suburb of Manchester and now lives in South London with her husband and four children who all attend or have attended Haberdashers' Aske's Hatcham College.
She read Nursing and Human Sciences at The City of London University and St Bartholomew's Hospital.
Rebekah has worked as a nurse in a number of hospitals across London and was promoted to Oncology Nurse Practitioner in 2002. Rebekah and her family moved to Durban in South Africa shortly afterwards where her husband had been asked to help start a Church on The University Campus of Kwa-Zulu-Natal (UKZN). Rebekah volunteered at a non-governmental organisation supporting and giving counselling to students and women affected by violence, crime, abuse, HIV/ Aids from all over Africa.

Joanna Abeyie is an award winning entrepreneur, champion of diversity, inclusion and equality, public speaker and campaigner, journalist and broadcaster.
Joanna's latest enterprise is founding Blue Moon, a flagship consultancy and recruitment business helping businesses to understand the importance of having inclusive and diverse workforces. Prior to this she founded Hyden, a recruitment business placing diverse senior leadership talent in the media and creative industries. Over the past decade Joanna has placed more than 3,000 people from diverse backgrounds in positions in the creative industries, significantly improving representation of BAME and working class talent in the sector.
Joanna has also worked as a diversity and inclusion consultant for media giants including the BBC, ITV, ITN, Channel 4, Sky and The Guardian and has extensive experience of advising FTSE 100 companies in diversity, inclusion and corporate social responsibility. She also visited No. 10 to meet with Prime Minister Theresa May to discuss race and equality and was instrumental in the establishment of the Creative Diversity All Party Parliamentary Group, chaired by Ed Vaizey MP from 2010 to 2016. Joanna's formidable campaigning and lobbying has seen her faint a seat on the NUJ's Black Members Council and secure roles on the Board of Directors for The Lord Mayor's Appeal, The Media Council, Investor in People and the board of advisors for Ghana-based leadership and skills initiative Cedi Street.
Joanna established TV and film production company LH productions and in addition to her own productions and interviews, she presents a news and events round up on Dotun Adebayo's weekly BBC Radio London Show every Sunday. Joanna's achievements as a businesswoman, including being a Managing Director of a FTSE 250 global business (SThree Plc) have been recognised in numerous awards and Joanna being the youngest woman to be given the keys to the City of London.
Joanna grew up in South London in a working class family (Ghanaian father and English Mother) that stressed the important of education and hard work in achieving your goals. In October 2018 Joanna gave a TED Talk on Social Mobility for TEDXLIVEMUSCAT. Joanna spoke of her journey as a woman of colour from a working class background who studied English and Sociology as an undergraduate and then pursued a MA in Magazine Journalism before becoming a successful journalist, diversity campaigner and pioneering businesswoman. As an 18 year old undergraduate Joanna co-founded employment charity Elevation Networks and at 20 she launched social enterprise Shine Media and MagNet, a diversity mentoring scheme with the UK Professional Publishers Association.

Sabrina currently works for Nuffield Health as a Quality Improvement Manager, and oversees the learning and development of 15 nurseries to ensure that are compliant with Ofsted and statutory regulations. Sabrina delivers various training sessions in this regard and is also a DSL for Children's Services.

Prior to Google he worked at Unilever in both IT consulting and in marketing where he launched new products, apps, and websites. Ugo Ikokwu is currently employed as Grants Manager at Trust for London (TFL). Previously, he was Programme Director at The Fore Trust, which enables UK-based small charities and social enterprises to unlock sustainability, efficiency, scale and impact by providing unrestricted funds. Before this, he spent six years working at The Social Investment Business (SIB), where he worked across several teams - Investment, Grants and Business Development.
He has extensive knowledge and experience of designing programmes and funds that address a range of social issues.
Ugo is currently Chair of the Alpha Grove Centre and a non-executive Director of Do It Now Now (DINN). He also sits on the advisory board of WEKA and is an Investment Committee member for Remitt Fund. He also sits on several other advisory boards and was previously Co-Chair for London+Acumen, a volunteer-led chapter of Acumen, a non-profit global venture fund.

Frank is currently a practicising solicitor, specialising in Family Law. He was born in Ghana, where he completed his sixth form education studying Physics, Chemistry and Biology, before moving to the United Kingdom.
Frank attended Bromley College, where he studied law to become an Institute of Legal Executive. He then attended Holborn College under the University of London Programme, and completed a Diploma in Law. He then attended the University of Wales, where he achieved his LLB, and then went on to the University of Kingston, where he completed a Master's programme in Law.
Frank then attended the University of Law (College of Law), where he undertook a Legal Practice course, and also completed a Master's in Business.

Ade is the Chief Executive Officer of Bromley Council. Prior to joining Bromley Council in January 2017, Ade worked in several senior positions and transformed services in both the City of London and Lambeth Council.
Ade was awarded an OBE in 2013, by Her Majesty the Queen, for his contribution to public services. In 2019, Ade was part of the team charged by the Charity Commission to review the safeguarding arrangements of Oxfam.
Ade is a Trustee of Coram, the United Kingdom's first ever charity dedicated to supporting adoption of children. He is also a Freeman of the City of London, a unique and historical title that dates back to 1237, as well as being a Freeman of the Haberdashers' Company, an ancient merchant guild.
As a recognised leader in his field, Ade was identified as one of the 100 most influential business leaders in the United Kingdom in 2019.
Ade is an Alumni of University of Cambridge, Brunel University, University of Hull and University of Llorin.

Helen is a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers and currently sits on the Haberdashers' Property and Events Committees.
She was previously a governor of the Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools.
Helen is a planning and environmental solicitor at Charles Russell Speechlys and works in the London and Cheltenham offices. Helen read Classics at Oxford University where she also obtained a Full Blue in modern Pentathlon. She was a member of the Junior GB squad for Modern Pentathlon. She now stays moderately fit by cycling, running and climbing mountains, skiing and Scottish reeling!

Oboshie is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan, a global investment bank. Prior to this, Oboshie worked in private practice and was a Senior Associate in the London office of Appleby and an Associate in the private funds team at Clifford Chance LLP and also DLA Piper LLP. She started her career in the US, working for the boutique New York law firm, Schwartz LLC.
Oboshie is a lawyer, dual qualified in New York and Ghana. She was educated in the US and Ghana and holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in International Finance and Corporate Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Ghana.
Oboshie is married with a son and lives in London with her family.

Bernard (Bernie) Charles is Chief Human Resources Officer for Handelsbanken plc, the Swedish Bank, in the UK, and has responsibility for all Human Resources issues and initiatives in the UK including resourcing, mobility, development, succession planning and retention.
Prior to his current role, Bernie was Head of Human Resources and Risk at Heartwood Wealth Management Limited, a wealth and investment management company, which Handelsbanken acquired in 2013. His previous experience in Human Resources includes senior positions at Standard Bank and Jardine Lloyd Thompson.
Bernie has a Bachelor in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

Evelyn attended secondary school in Lancashire and subsequently studied English Literature at University of Wales, Swansea and was awarded a BA with honours.
Her teaching certificate was also awarded by Swansea University. Her many years as a teacher in various roles were spent in both the maintained and private sector. The last 18 years were enjoyed at City of London Freemen's School in Surrey, latterly as Deputy Head.
Her aim throughout her teaching career has been to enable all pupils to fulfil their potential in a happy and safe environment. As DSL the writing of school policies focused on 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' and monitoring implementation was a key role. Evelyn has always acknowledged the important role of parents. She has as one of her other priorities the welfare of staff.
